US files new torture charges against Maduro and wife Cilia Flores

Her defense argued she suffers from ventricular tachycardia, has lost more than ten kilograms and two teeth. Maduro and Flores were captured in Caracas on January 3 and taken to New York. Some outlets, including El Colombiano, report the indictment also mentions alleged deals between Maduro and Colombian armed groups, including handing explosives to FARC to settle a drug-trafficking debt.
