Адвокат Фостера заявил о «кратковременной потере внимания» со стороны отца; сам Фостер оспаривал версию о раскачивании, сообщает "WalesOnline". Ребёнок был доставлен в больницу Пафоса, где его объявили мёртвым по прибытии. Фостер был арестован через несколько часов после инцидента. Ему грозит до четырёх лет тюремного заключения. Приговор будет вынесен в течение двух недель.
