Sixième arrestation dans l'incident de la RAF Fairford : un homme britanno-iranien interpellé à Londres

La police a indiqué qu'aucun explosif n'avait été trouvé dans les trois fourgonnettes liées aux suspects, et l'un des hommes aurait lui-même contacté la police. Le Premier ministre Andy Burnham a déclaré qu'il existait de « fortes indications » d'une implication iranienne, tandis que Téhéran dément toute connexion, qualifiant ces allégations d'« iranophobie ». Dans le cadre de l'enquête, la police a perquisitionné deux propriétés à Londres. Des rapports mentionnent également la détention d'un citoyen iranien et l'interrogatoire d'un autre homme britannique, bien que les détails de ces événements n'aient pas été divulgués.
